Installing Mods with BSManager for STEAM PCVR
BSManager simplifies your Beat Saber experience by centralizing the management of mods, maps, and game versions.
- Download the Latest Version
- Go to the BSManager GitHub Releases Page.
- Find the latest version listed under "Apply changes from" (e.g., the current version might be v1.4.14, but this may change as updates are released over time).
- Run the Installer
◦ Click on BSManager-Setup-(latest version).exe.
◦ For example, select BSManager-Setup-1.4.14.exe if that’s the current version available.
- Run the Installation Program
- Click on the downloaded file to run the installer.
- Once the download is complete, click Open to start the installation process.
- Select a Version to Install
- After opening BSManager, choose a Beat Saber version to install.
- It is recommended to select version 1.39.1 for better stability.
- Click on the chosen version, then press "Download".
💡 Tip: You may need to install Microsoft .NET for BSManager to work properly.
- ◦ Click "Download" when prompted.
- ◦ Once the installer opens, click "Install" to complete the setup.
- Retry Version Installation
- After installing Microsoft .NET, go back to BSManager.
- Select version 1.39.1 again and click "Download".
- A Steam login page will pop up.
- Log in to your Steam account to proceed.
- Manage and Launch Beat Saber
- After logging in, you will see version 1.39.1 listed in the left sidebar.
- Click on it to access options like Launch, View Maps, or Models, and to install mods for that version.
- Once you're ready to play, simply click “Launch” to start Beat Saber with the selected mods.
